HyperiaGames provides a platform for purchasing and downloading digital design assets, including but not limited to design systems, illustrations, templates, mockups, and icon packs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Personal License:

• Use in unlimited personal projects
• Use in one commercial project per license
• Modify and adapt to your needs

Commercial License:

• Use in unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Use in client projects
• Extended team usage rights

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share assets as standalone files
• Include assets in competing product offerings
• Claim ownership of the original assets
• Use assets in illegal or defamatory projects

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if:

• The product is significantly different from its description
• Technical issues prevent you from accessing the product
• Duplicate purchases were made in error

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

All content on HyperiaGames, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of HyperiaGames or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyperiaGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HyperiaGames and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HyperiaGames operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
